Charles Wright - President

Charles Wright is one of the Founders of Seminole Prep Academy and brings a unique blend of military leadership, corporate experience, and entrepreneurship to youth development. A United States Air Force veteran and MBA graduate of Rollins College’s Crummer School of Business, Charles has built and led multiple successful businesses throughout Central Florida. He is also a co-owner of Seminole Sports Academy, a premier basketball training facility, and Seminole Baseball Academy, both focused on long-term athlete development and character building. For more than 25 years, Charles has coached and mentored young athletes in the Orlando area, guiding middle and high school students in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. His mission is to develop disciplined, confident student-athletes who are prepared to succeed in sports, academics, and life beyond the game.

Randy Motilalsingh - Head of Athletics

Randy Motilalsingh is the Head of Athletics and Co-Owner of Seminole Sports Academy and Seminole Baseball Academy, and a proud product of the Longwood community he serves. A graduate of Lyman High School, Randy grew up locally before dedicating his career to developing the next generation of athletes right here at home.

With extensive experience as a player, trainer, and program director, Randy has built his reputation on skill development, discipline, and structured growth. As Owner and General Manager of Seminole Hoops, he has overseen daily operations, trained athletes in practice and game settings, designed player development systems, and evaluated talent to help athletes reach their full potential.

Randy also spent four years living overseas while serving as Basketball Director for The National Basketball Academy in Muscat, Oman, where he led high-level instruction and expanded programming internationally. That global experience, combined with his deep local roots, gives him a well-rounded perspective on leadership and development.

Parents appreciate Randy’s high standards and commitment to consistent, high-quality instruction. As Head of Athletics, he ensures excellence across all programs while building confident, disciplined, and fundamentally sound athletes.

Jakobi Bonner - Head of Basketball - Post Grad

Jakobi Bonner serves as Head of Basketball – Post Grad, bringing high-level collegiate and international professional experience to the development of our post-graduate athletes.

A standout guard/wing at Rollins College, Jakobi scored 1,296 career points and shot over 41% from three-point range. As a senior, he averaged 18.4 points per game and was named Rollins College Male Athlete of the Year, while consistently earning academic honors.

After college, he competed professionally in the United Kingdom, Montenegro, and Albania, helping lead Sport Klub Tirana Neptun to an Albanian Superliga Championship and earning EuroBasket recognition. His international career sharpened his understanding of high-level competition, preparation, and championship culture.

Jakobi holds a Bachelor’s degree (Cum Laude) from Rollins College and a Master’s degree from Durham University in England. As Head of Basketball – Post Grad, he combines global playing experience with strong academic leadership to prepare student-athletes for exposure, performance, and opportunities at the next level.
